We do not provide personal training, medical advice, or professional fitness services. All interactions, recommendations, and engagements through the IVXPro platform are between the individual client and the independent trainer. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Innovexa, LLC is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any training services provided.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
The content on the IVXPro platform, including but not limited to workout plans, nutrition advice, and fitness recommendations, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a licensed physician or healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program, diet, or supplement regimen. Engaging in any physical activity involves inherent risks, and Innovexa, LLC is not liable for injuries, medical conditions, or adverse health effects that may occur.
3. No Guarantees of Results
Innovexa, LLC does not guarantee any specific fitness results, weight loss, muscle gain, or performance improvements from using the IVXPro platform or engaging with a trainer. Individual results vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to personal commitment, diet, genetics, and pre-existing health conditions.
4. Trainer Independence and Third-Party Responsibility
Trainers on IVXPro are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Innovexa, LLC, operator of IVXPro. Innovexa, LLC verifies trainer certifications directly with the relevant certifying bodies and verifies fitness influencers through their associated social media presence. However, this verification confirms the existence of a credential or online presence only and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a trainer’s skill, professionalism, or fit for any client. Clients should still independently assess whether a trainer is right for their needs before engaging in training services.
The quality, delivery, and outcome of training services are matters between the client and the trainer, and any disputes regarding the substance of those services must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Innovexa, LLC, as operator of IVXPro, is not responsible for mediating the underlying service dispute or compensating users for unsatisfactory services beyond what is provided under the Refund Policy. Where a client seeks a refund, such requests are handled separately in accordance with, and subject to the terms of, the Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovexa, LLC, operator of IVXPro, shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.
- Personal injuries, financial losses, or data breaches arising from engagements with trainers or third-party services.
- Unauthorized use of your account or breaches of security.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this Disclaimer Policy in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the IVXPro platform immediately.
6. Off-Platform Transactions
Innovexa, LLC only facilitates and secures payments made through the IVXPro platform’s designated payment system. Any transaction, payment, or financial arrangement made between a trainer and client outside of the platform, including but not limited to cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or other third-party payment services, is done entirely at the parties’ own risk. Innovexa, LLC has no visibility into, and assumes no responsibility for, the accuracy, security, or resolution of any disputes arising from off-platform transactions, and such transactions are not eligible for escrow protection or refunds under the Refund Policy.
7. Technology and Platform Disclaimer
We strive to keep our platform functional and secure; however, we do not guarantee that our website, mobile applications, or other digital services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. We are not responsible for data loss, service outages, hacking attempts, or other unforeseen technical failures.
