Intellectual Property Policy

Innovexa, LLC (“Company”) operates and owns the IVXPro platform (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect intellectual property rights and expect all users to do the same. This Intellectual Property (“IP”) Policy outlines ownership rights, permitted use, and protections for content within our platform.

1. Ownership of IVXPro Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, trademarks, software, website design, and materials provided by Innovexa, LLC and the IVXPro platform are the exclusive property of Innovexa, LLC.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any proprietary materials from IVXPro without express written permission.
• Unauthorized use of IVXPro’s trademarks or copyrighted materials may result in legal action.

2. Trainer & User-Generated Content

• Trainers retain ownership of the content they create, including workout plans, training videos, and materials uploaded to their profiles.
• By using the IVXPro platform, trainers grant Innovexa, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their content on the platform.
• Innovexa, LLC does not claim ownership over user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.

3. Prohibited Use of Intellectual Property

Users may NOT:

• Use IVXPro’s trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.
• Repurpose or sell any content from the platform without authorization.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or modify IVXPro’s technology or services.

4. Copyright & Trademark Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on the IVXPro platform, please submit a Copyright or Trademark Infringement Notice to Support@IVXPro.com with the following details:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark being infringed.
• The location (URL) of the infringing material.
• Proof of ownership and contact details.

Innovexa, LLC will review and respond to all valid infringement notices within ten (10) business days of receipt. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to infringing content pending investigation.

5. Content Upon Termination

• If a Contractor voluntarily leaves the IVXPro platform, their publicly visible content (workout plans, videos, profile materials) will be archived and removed from public view within thirty (30) days of account deactivation.
• Innovexa, LLC retains the right to preserve anonymized or aggregated versions of trainer content and data for internal analytics, AI development, and platform improvement purposes following termination.
• Trainers may request deletion of their identifiable content by submitting a written request to Support@IVXPro.com. Innovexa, LLC will process such requests within thirty (30) days, subject to applicable law and any outstanding contractual obligations.
• Content that has been incorporated into aggregated datasets or used for AI model training prior to termination is aggregated and anonymized in accordance with Innovexa, LLC’s documented anonymization methodology described in Section 6, meaning individual trainer identities are removed and combined with data from other users. As a result, this data cannot be individually identified or separated from the broader dataset after processing.

6. Platform Data & AI Training Rights

• By using IVXPro, all users, including Contractors and clients, grant Innovexa, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to collect, store, process, and use data generated through platform activity for the purposes of platform improvement, analytics, and the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
• This includes, but is not limited to: trainer workout programs, training methodologies, client performance outcomes, nutrition data, session frequency, and client feedback submitted through the platform.
• Innovexa, LLC may use this data, in anonymized or aggregated form, to build, train, and improve AI-driven features including but not limited to predictive outcome modeling, personalized recommendations, and performance analytics tools. Anonymization is performed in accordance with a documented methodology maintained internally by Innovexa, LLC, which is periodically reviewed and audited to help ensure no individual trainer or client identity is revealed.
• Innovexa, LLC will not sell individually identifiable user data to third parties. Aggregated and anonymized datasets used for AI development remain the exclusive intellectual property of Innovexa, LLC.
• Users who do not consent to this data use may not use the IVXPro platform, as this data collection is integral to the platform’s services.

7. Legal Action & Enforcement

Innovexa, LLC reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that violates this IP Policy, including account suspension, removal of content, or litigation.
